and 20 years of Property Management Experience
- We complete a comprehensive move-in inspection that includes
digital pictures so you and the renter know the exact
condition of the property at time of possession.
- We conduct a move-out inspection to determine how
much of the security deposit will be refunded to the renter.
- We collect all rents so you never have to deal with the renter.
- We send a monthly statement to you showing all activity
on your account.
- We renegotiate your lease beginning 60 days before the lease ends to minimize any vacancy period.
You sit back, relax, and receive your rents
Full service property management includes:
- Rent Collection
- Montly Income and Expense statements
- We take all tenant phone calls and address all issues
- We dispatch maintenance as per our agreement
- We inform you when it is time to raise rents
- We facilitate all tenant disciplinary action including evictions
- We maintain all tenant records
Our Full Service Mangement Fee is
8% of monthy rent per unit
We are certified by the Philadelphia Housing Authority to participate
in the Housing Choice Vouchers Program
